Install your eSIM

Step 1: Check your email

After placing your order on Carryon Wireless, you’ll receive an email containing your eSIM QR code. Keep this email handy.

Step 2: Prepare your device

  • Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

  • Ensure your device is updated to the latest OS version.

Step 3: Add the eSIM

iOS:

  1. Open Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan

  2. Scan the QR code from your email

  3. Label your eSIM plan (e.g., “Carryon Wireless”) for easy identification

  4. Choose your default line for data if prompted

  5. Make sure Data Roaming is turned ON

Android (varies by device):

  1. Open Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network → Add Carrier

  2. Scan the QR code from your email

  3. Label your eSIM plan (optional)

  4. Set it as active and enable Mobile Data

Step 4: Confirm your eSIM is active

  • Check that your device shows signal bars for the new plan

  • Try browsing the internet to verify connectivity

Troubleshooting:

  • If the QR code won’t scan, try manually entering the activation code (usually included in the email)

  • Restart your device if the plan doesn’t activate immediately

  • Contact Carryon Wireless support if you still have issues

Access your data

Step 1: Download the Airalo app 

Step 2: Open the app and log in 

  • Use the email address you used to order your eSIM from Carryon

  • If you don’t have an account, create one with the same email

Step 3: Add your eSIM to the app 

  • Tap Add eSIM (if it doesn’t show automatically)

  • Scan the QR code from your Carryon Wireless email

  • Confirm your eSIM is active in the app

Step 4: Check your data usage 

  • Tap your active eSIM plan to see:

    • Remaining data

    • Expiration date

    • Plan details

Step 5: Optional: Enable notifications 

  • Turn on app notifications to get alerts for low data or plan expiration

Troubleshooting 🛠️

  • Can’t log in? Make sure you’re using the same email as your eSIM order

  • eSIM not showing? Re-scan the QR code from your email

  • Still stuck? Contact Carryon Wireless support

Step 2/2 — Delete Your Account

Before starting your account deletion process, please make sure that you understand:

  • Your account deletion request will take 7 days to process
  • Logging back into your account will cancel the account deletion process – You will no longer be able to use any Airmoney you have earned
  • Your eSIMs, and any available remaining data on your active packages, will be disabled
  • All your personal information will be deleted except the information which must be stored according to our privacy policy
  • Once your account deletion request has been processed, your account will no longer be retrievable

Validity Policy

The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to a mobile network in its coverage area. If you install the eSIM outside of the coverage area, you can connect to a network when you arrive.
